For small orders we ship in envelopes as it is much cheaper and allows us to provide free shipping for orders over $35 without raising our prices! Please know your crystals are safe and carefully packaged to ensure no breaks in transit.
Our ship days are Monday & Thursday, packages usually arrive within 2-4 days, if your package is taking longer to arrive, don't worry it is still on its way!
