Shipping Policy

We strive to process and ship all orders within 6–8 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a valid USPS or UPS tracking number.

All orders are carefully packaged to help ensure they arrive safely. While we take great care in preparing every shipment, once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, responsibility for transit, delivery, delays, loss, theft, or damage transfers to the carrier.

If you experience any shipping-related issues after your package has been shipped, please contact USPS or UPS directly for assistance. We are happy to help point you in the right direction whenever possible.

For added peace of mind, shipping insurance and signature confirmation are available for purchase during checkout.

Orders valued at over $500 will automatically include shipping insurance and require a signature upon delivery to help protect both the buyer and Cold Brew Crystals.
