Due to the unique nature of our products, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges. All sales are final. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
We understand that mistakes can happen. We allow one order cancellation per customer per calendar year. After that, all sales are final once an order has been placed.
Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact USPS or UPS directly to file a claim or request additional assistance.
For added peace of mind, we offer optional shipping insurance and signature confirmation at checkout. We highly recommend selecting these options for higher-value orders.
